A colour desaturation is an editing technique which is used to select a certain colour and make the rest of the background colours black and white. This is called a colour desaturation. In the video we made, we desaturated the background colours and selected the item in pink, the door colour which was green and the wall colour which was green.

It was fairly easy desaturating the colours of the video after practising a few times.
